Cancelling Your Order

Your ability to cancel depends on the product type and how quickly you act.

Items That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Gold coins, bars, and frames.
  • Customized jewellery.
  • Gift cards and loose solitaires.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued based on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking: Reversed to your account within 3-5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Installments: Processed via RazorpayX. You will receive a link via SMS/Email to enter your UPI or Bank details for an instant refund.
  • Wallets, Vouchers & Gift Cards: These are never refunded to a bank account. The balance will be added to your Croco Chain Wallet for future use.

Important Terms

  • 7-Day Returns: Refunds are subject to a quality check by the Croco Chain team. You must provide the original invoice and product certificate.
  • Discounts & Freebies: If you used a coupon or received a free gift, that value will be deducted from your refund (unless the gift is returned).
  • DGRP (Installment) Orders: If you default on payments, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Custom Jewelry: Any partial payments made for customized pieces are non-refundable.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay the balance at the time of delivery is treated as a cancellation and will incur fees.
