7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Croco Chains, we offer a 100% exchange option or a refund based on the conditions below:

Terms & Eligibility
- Original Condition: No signs of wear, damage, or resizing by third-party jewelers.
- Security Tag: Items are non-returnable if the "Non Returnable If Torn" tag is removed.
- Exclusions: Loose Solitaires, Gemstones, Gold Coins, Bars, Frames, and Bespoke/Customized jewelry are not covered.
- Wallets & Vouchers: Orders paid via Safegold, vouchers, or Croco Chains Wallet are eligible for Exchange only.
Note: International orders are not eligible for the 7-day return policy.
How to Return
- Log in to your Croco Chains account and go to My Orders to request a return.
- Keep original packaging, invoice, and all certificates (IGI, GIA, etc.) ready.
- Call our customer service team to arrange a doorstep pickup.

- Packaging: Use the extra packing material provided (do not reuse the shipping box).
- Sealing: Use the provided seal only. Do not use cello tape.
- Video Proof: You must take a video while packing and sealing the bag for your safety.
